Putty, Notepad++, Wireshark, Network Instruments Observer, Solarwinds NPM / IPAM / UDT / SAM / V-Man / S-Man, iperf, mRemoteNG (tabbed SSH/Telnet/RDP sessions!!!), LANDesk, Microsoft Management Console, Process Hacker, and Cisco Output Interpreter.
At some point we had Engineer's toolkit, but we don't use it anymore as it was too expensive for what it offered.
I'm sure there are more.
