Is there a way to do that using a SQL command in the SolarWinds API, or would that need to be done directly on the database server? If the former is true, then my question would be: what does that command look like? If the latter is true, then my next question would be: is there a way to configure a Custom field in AlertStatus table that could be set using the Invoke verb command (added to that XML array), and would that Custom field then be displayed in the SolarWinds web GUI?
