Seems that creating everything from scratch just helped for little bit longer. After 45 mins I got this same problem and my monitors are now in error state. Any ideas how I could resolve this for good?

The monitor ran successfully for 45 minutes then stopped working without any changes? If that's the case, please open a case with support so we can dig into this a little further.
