Again, the problem is that if I schedule that report to run, and be automatically delivered to my boss, he can't click on anything...the software automatically delivers a PDF version of the above screenshot, which is not clickable.
It works fine if you are logged in with a tech license and manually run the report (like you demonstrated), or do a customized search of the Tickets, but the Reports screen doesn't seem to be able to generate a simple report of all open tickets in the system, and deliver that to someone outside of the software....at least that I can find.
I appreciate your help, and I don't mean to be difficult, but I have been told to configure a report that lists the open tickets in the system, and have it delivered automatically to the COO (President) weekly (whether anyone from IT is here or not). And so far, WHD is unable to do something that every other ticketing system I have seen/used can do.
