Hi Team,
I have used Yahoo IMAP Account for the EMAIL integration while configuration the test was successful , but as user raise the ticket email does not come.
I checked by Email settings Incoming is green and Outgoing is also green when i send email for approval of ticket it though following error:
Ticket 4 was saved successfully.
Could not send e-mail to User1 <user1@yahoo.com>
due to the following error:
530 5.7.1 Authentication required
Could not send e-mail to User2<user2@yahoo.com>
due to the following error:
530 5.7.1 Authentication required
I am new to this tool please suggest
Now it is working by sending successful sending mail . But unabale to see any mail in INBOX.
And In email Configuration Email History shows Email send.
