SMS Alert Central

Hy guys,

I have some a little problem with solarwind alert central, In case I have set the rules if some node down in Solarwinds NPM then trigers send Email to Alert Central and Send SMS ( Short Message). but the problem is the schedule job in alert central have 2 person on duty in office, if have a node down alert central only send email not SMS either.

have someone got this problem? any idea pls...
