Setup --> Techs --> Tech Groups and see what groups are assigned to what ticket types. This creates auto assignments,

 

You put techs in groups by going to Setup --> Techs --> Tech Groups --> click on a group. Here you see the group lead tech and name, click on group tech levels and you can choose what techs are in what groups and how the assignments work. Example levels, default mail recipients ect.
