So I've been paying for the proset tools for a number of years and whilst the spam lookup tool is free I've always relied on it to check on our hosted exchange servers if a customer every gets a bounce back.
Well after telling a customer that the server wasn't listed on SORBS (a pretty major list) when they had a bounce back, they retorted that it was. So I went on to make a fool of myself by saying no it wasn't DNSStuff says NOT LISTED.
When guess what, I went onto the SORBS site directly and it was there plain as day. F&CK. Thanks a lot.
Where can I log a bug? Where can I email the dnstuff team?
BTW the tool doesn't just report 'can't get information' it actually reports not listed.
